Antonino Iannello - Non Executive Chairman

Mr Iannello is a highly experienced Company Director with more than 30 years experience in banking and finance, stakeholder relationships and business strategy, as well as in the energy sector.  Mr Iannello is a former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Western Power Corporation (the Western Australian power utility) and has had a distinguished career in banking.

Mr Iannello is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Mr Iannello currently chairs the boards of HBF Health Fund, MG Kailis Group and ASX‐listed Aviva Corporation and is also a Director of SP Ausnet, a major energy network.

Dr Leigh F. Bettenay - Executive Director Exploration and Development
BSc (Hons) PhD, RPGeo, FAIG, FSEG, MAAG

Dr Bettenay is a Geologist and Geochemist with over 30 years experience in multi-commodity exploration within Australia and overseas, having graduated from the University of Western Australia with an Honours degree in Geology in 1972 and with a PhD awarded in 1978. Dr Bettenay is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and a Registered Professional Geoscientist of the AIG.

Dr Bettenay has directed a private consulting company (Inkanti Pty Ltd) since 1985 and has held staff positions in a number of companies including Principal Geochemist at BHP Minerals (1992-1995), Chief Geochemist at MIM Exploration (1995-1998), Chief Geologist for Homestake Australia (1998-2000) and Chief Geologist for Sipa Resources (2003-2008).

Dr Bettenay is an authority on exploration geochemistry techniques and teaches an Honours-level course at the University of Western Australia where he is an External Research Fellow. His uranium experience includes consulting to Uranez Australia Ltd (1988-1991).

Ian W. Walker – Non Executive Director
BSc (Hons), AIG

Mr Walker is a Geologist with over 35 years experience in multi-commodity exploration within Australia and overseas, having graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1974 with an Honours degree in Geology. Mr Walker is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr Walker was Managing Director of Carbon Energy Ltd between 1993 and 2008 and remains a Non-Executive Director.

Max D.J. Cozijn – Non Executive Director
B.Com, ASA, MAICD

Mr Cozijn has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia having graduated in 1972 and is an Associate of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He has over 30 years experience in the administration of listed mining and industrial companies, as well as various private operating companies including 10 years as a non-executive Director of Forrestania Gold NL and 20 years as a non-executive Director of Kagara Ltd.

Mr Cozijn is currently a Non Executive Director of Carbon Energy, Oilex, Magma Metals and Malagasy Minerals.
