Kim Robinson - Managing Director

Mr Robinson has over 35 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining having graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1973 with a degree in Geology.
His experience is extensive including 10 years as Executive Chairman of Forrestania Gold NL. During his time at Forrestania, Mr Robinson played a key role in the discovery and development of the Bounty Gold Mine, the development of the Mt McClure Gold Mine and the discovery of the Maggie Hays and Emily Ann nickel sulphide deposits. Mr Robinson was also a Non-Executive Director of Jubilee Mines NL in the period leading up to the discovery and development of the Cosmos Nickel Mine.
Mr Robinson was a founding Director of Kagara Ltd where he held the position of Executive Chairman for a period of 12 years until February 2011. During this time he oversaw the development of Kagara’s North Queensland base metal operations, the listing of Mungana Goldmines Ltd on the ASX and the acquisition and development of the high grade Lounge Lizard nickel deposit in Western Australia. He remains a Non-Executive Director of Kagara Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Apex Minerals NL.
Jamie Armes - Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mr Armes is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years experience within the profession and commerce. He has previously held senior positions within mining and investment companies as well as acting as company secretary for ASX listed entities.
Marcello de Angelis - Geology Consultant
PhD (Geology)

Dr de Angelis received a PhD in Geological Sciences from the University of Naples (Italy) in 1966 and has over 40 years experience in uranium, base and precious metals exploration and development in several countries worldwide. Dr de Angelis's last corporate role was formerly Executive Vice President of Agip Resources Ltd, 1992 and Managing Director of Pestarena Gold Mines SrL (Italy) to 2001. He currently directs a registered private company (Etruscan Gold Exploration Pty Ltd) and is engaged as consultant for a number of Australian listed and unlisted companies to implement uranium, gold and base metals initiatives in Australia and overseas.
Dr de Angelis’ most significant achievement is the discovery and fast-track development, between 1985 and 1990, of the Radio Hill nickel-copper deposit in Western Australia, with the adoption of the ISASMELT technology for matte production. In 1980 - 81 he led the exploration and evaluation team for the drill-out and field trials of the Mangingee uranium deposit for Minatome and Total Mining. He is a Registered Professional Geologist of the Order of Geologists in Italy and a member of Association of Mining Engineers, Italy.
